Positive: Great location Negative: The bathroom door didn’t lock properly

Wonderful family stay,we loved it and would definitely come back! Positive: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! 🏡❤️ The house was so cozy, comfortable, and very secure for the kids, which gave us complete peace of mind. There were so many fun games and activities for the kids, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, making our stay feel just like home. And the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking! The spa was the cherry on top ,we enjoyed it so much, especially in the cold weather. We had such a lovely family stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! Negative: The only issue was that the stove was a little tricky to operate because the ‘On/Off’ and ‘High/Low’ markings had worn off.

Lovely townhouse in ideal location - would definitely chose to stay again thanks Positive: no breakfast included Negative: the lounge area could do with larger sofas - for a 4 bedroomed home there isn't enough seating for all guests. It was also really cold downstairs and turned out the heaters provided were not working - However we really appreciated the prompt response and provision of new heaters for our 2nd night there - which by the way were really efficient.

Reasonable but could have been cleaner. Positive: The space was great and location was excellent Negative: The kitchen and bathroom was dirty. The kitchen had smear marks everywhere and the appliances were dirty. The bathroom had pubic hair everywhere. The apartment had an overpowering smell of Indian food. The coffee machine had milk in the water dispenser. The milk frother in the cupboard had mouldy milk in it.

We loved our stay here, lots of room and clean facilities. Positive: Great Location by the lake and walk to shops and cafes.
